SAP HR Consultant in Chicago, IL
Our client is a well-established consulting firm experiencing aggressive growth in its North American SAP Practice. This is a ground-floor opportunity for experienced SAP consultants to advance their careers in a flexible, dynamic environment! Please note these are direct (perm) positions. Relocation is not required. US Citizens, Permanent Residents, Valid H1B holders or Canadian/Mexican Citizens are all welcome to apply. Primary Responsibilities: Analyze clients? business processes and determine current problems, define new effective business processes with client, implement SAP parameters according to clients? demands, design Add-on programs, plan and execute unit / integration tests, perform business improvement activities for post Go-live clients, etc Mandatory Skills: 1. At least 3 years of SAP HR experience 2. At least 1 HR full life cycle implementation 3. Strong knowledge of US payroll, benefits and HR rules and business processes Optional Skills: 1. Another SAP module implementation skill, examples: FI, SD, MM 2. ABAP Development skill Other: 1. Excellent communication skills 2. Bachelors degree or higher (MBA, CPA is a plus). 3.
