* Coordinate functional activities of performance testers participating on cross-functional teams for specific Product Development efforts.
* Ensure that performance and load tests developed internal to each specific product development group all meet quality assurance standards prior to system delivery and implementation to partners or clients.
* Provide automated reporting of tests and test results from regular builds that allow for quantitative tracking of project quality and completeness.
* Oversee compliance of engineers with architecture, best practices, and coding standards through testing and audits and as a reviewer of those documents and artifacts.
* Interface to the developers, analysts, and project managers.

Experience: Qualifications
* Superb knowledge of LoadRunner 8. Must be able to work with many different protocols, monitoring, troubleshooting erros and transaction failures.
* Creative problem-solver who can recommend methods of testing various types of applications.
* Demonstrated skill in creating LoadRunner scripts at the API level, rather than just record and replay.
* Adept at leading meetings and explaining rationale behind QA standards.
* Must be able to work independently across multiple projects at a time while following a formal process. This is a position for someone who enjoys being the go-to person for troubleshooting complex problems.
* Excellent organizational skills are necessary for tracking status of multiple projects and requests. Project management experience preferred.
* Strong experience in technical documentation.
