The candidate will provide hardware and audio visual support to client (support may also be extended to other locations). Technician will to respond to and maintain in-house audio-visual equipment, non-print media assets, technology equipment and IT assets assigned to the User Support department. This includes operating, maintaining, distributing, installing, configuring, repairing, and upgrading various electronic products while ensuring their optimal performance. Experience: Familiarity with basic networking concepts and ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and communicate network related issues with other IT departments. Familiarity with Palm Pilots, BlackBerry devices or other client supported hand held devices. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in an environment with continually changing priorities. Flexibility and initiative in support of customer needs, as well as strong customer service skills. Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
