Job Description:
- Manage the functional team responsible for identifying negotiating& acquiring all leasing rights to properties on which generator will be installed at existing cell sites.
- Responsible for managing/ensuring the procurement of all necessary permits and NTPs from LL.
- Responsible for site acquisition budget and compliance with company directives (e.g. legal review).
- Excellent experience in the wireless industry (including iDEN and/or CDMA systems) with good management experience including management of a geographically dispersed work force.
- Experience in deploying strategic plans, policies and procedures for assigned scope with history of successful implementation and execution.
- Proven experience managing the performance of resources (internal/external resources) including
budget to support operations activities, compliance with network standards.
