Responsibilities: Participate in a Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse Technical Leadership role, with a focus upon Business Intelligence and Reporting Lead and manage Business Intelligence and Reporting resources Contribute to existing internal Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse Intellectual Capital Contribute to a Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse Methodology Contribute to the Development of internal Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse staff Perform Technical reviews of existing Data Warehouse projects Required Skills: Expertise with Microsoft BI Technology (Sequel Server 2005) and one or two of the other leading Business Intelligence and Reporting tools (Cognos, Business Objects) Knowledge and experience with the leading ETL tools 3 years of Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing Experience 3-5 Years of Consulting experience Able to function as a Business Intelligence Architect and/or Data Architect Has completed three or more projects as a Developer using Microsoft BI technology Possess knowledge of the inherent challenges for a Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse Implementation Experience with a Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse Development Methodology Leverage past experience to perform Business Intelligence tool evaluations Knowledge of Best Practices for the following: Information Delivery Architecture Data Architecture Ability to accurately estimate Business Intelligence Data Warehouse Delivery projects Strong Communication Skills Self sufficient. Must be able to function well on client site with minimal oversight Has recently performed Reporting and Business Intelligence activities Ability to travel at least 3 nights a week Has performed ETL Design, Development and Data Modeling activities on three or more projects Ability to accurately estimate the ETL and Data Architecture components of Business Intelligence Data Warehouse Delivery projects Knowledge and experience with the leading Business Intelligence tools EOE M/F/D/V
