Experience: -Minimum 2 years of experience Help Desk support position in a Windows based environment -Good knowledge of DNS, DHCP and strong TCP/IP skills -Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Terminal Services. -Strong knowledge of MS Windows 2000, XP and 2003, MS Office Suite, Exchange 2000 and 2003. -Excellent communication and documentation skills. -Experience working with mid to large scale servers/network environment a strong plus -Ability to adapt communication style, content, and format for varying circumstances and audiences of all levels and functional areas. -Strong work ethic; upholds organizational values. -Willingness and ability to work hours necessary to meet project deadlines as required. -Will be required to be accessible by pager 24x7 -A+ certification highly preferred To Apply to this job go to http://www.GadBall.com or click here
