Trasys is currently seeking a contract to hire C++ developer in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have C++, user skills, BA skills and underwriting experience. Overview: Resource will train for 1 month in California and then physically work in the Sears Tower in Chicago. This is a 3 month contract to hire situation. Resource will be supporting a desktop pricing application. Required/ Desired skills: BA type skills to be able to work with the users to build requirements. They must like numbers, working with spreadsheets and being analytical. Require a technically strong C++ developer 5 years experience in a Windows, MFC, object oriented environment. Microsoft Visual C++ Peregrine Service Center 5.1 Require prior experience with the health insurance industry, underwriting and manual rating (pricing) systems applications. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Require excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills. Experience with source control, change management and release management. Experience: Desired skills: Developer-Programmer.
