Our client is a large financial company seeking a Desktop Publisher for their second shift position to work on a 5 person team. Hours are Monday-Thursday 3:30 p.m. to 12 am & Sunday 12 p.m. to 8:30 pm.
Projects will include mainly banker's documents- long form and short materials that need to be edited and distributed to staff throughout the company's offices nationwide. Skills is charting, data analysis and text correction are highly desired.
The Desktop Publisher will also be responsible for graphics and pitches. Our client will provide parking or public transportation home.
Desktop Publisher must have experience using Advanced Word, Excel and Powerpoint as well as solid customer service, communication and coordination skills.

Experience: A Bachelor's degree and 1+ years experience in desktop publishing and proofreading is required. All potential candidates will be tested in Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
