Our client is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst, whose main function will be to analyze the client's information systems, customer data and their interaction with the client. This Analyst will be a part of the Applications Development department that performs all software services for the company, including software development, Build vs. Buy analysis, Software selection projects Process efficiency projects and project management on outsourced projects.
The main Responsibilities of the Business Analyst include, running reports, fulfilling the crucial role of mapping business processes and assisting & training our client's users in the proper use.
Troubleshooting end-user issues on application/database and analyzing the data stored in different database and producing customer profiles, are also the main responsibilities of the Business Analyst. The ideal candidate should be able to use Business Intelligence tools that will enable the client to do targeted marketing, predictive analysis. Ideally he /she should be able to perform other related duties as required or assigned that contribute to the effectiveness of the department.
The minimum qualification to apply for this job is Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Business Administration or equivalent. The ideal candidate must have is minimum of 4 years of experience as a BA (Business Analyst) and minimum of 3 years of experience creating reports from SQL Server, ACCESS & other common data sources using Crystal Reports.

Experience: The ideal Business Intelligence Analyst will be able to use the following tools fluently: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio, Crystal Reports, Business Intelligence tools(BO/Cognos etc)
The ideal Business Analyst for this position must possess excellent Problem Solving and Communication skills and also have a good Technical Understanding. He /she should have good Leadership qualities. It is always a plus to have a valid Business Analysis Certification from any accredited university or BA Associate Certification / SIX Sigma Green Belt Certification / Business Process Analysis, Business Process Reengineering.
