A Chicago client is looking for a Systems Specialist who will provide technical support to their Project Team and 3rd level support to the Local IT and Service Centers. Experience: B.A./B.S. degree or comparable knowledge in network related field
2-3 years of IT experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to maintain and support 5000+ remote users
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
Previous experience with Systems Tools Administration (ManageSoft or NetInstall preferred)
VB Script skills, Visual Basic, SQL
Advanced knowledge of MSI packaging
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (XP, Vista)
Exposure with Exchange and BES as it affects the laptop/desktop/handheld
