SMARTSOURCE is has been asked to perform a project that consists of upgrading the Frontier, installing a kiosk along with upgrading servers. There is a packaged kit that is shipped to each site and a technician will unpacked items, upgrade systems, load software and on the second day they will catalog and train customers. Currently each site completed takes two days at this time.


Performance Requirements
Four 10 hour day work week
Two week in classroom training with one week ride with required.
Training wil take place in IRVING, Texas
Laptop required.
Must have personal vehicle in good working condition.
Must have regular hard wired analog phone line at home to access ML-7.
The CSE must be willing to travel.
If required, the CSE must be willing to put in long hours to complete the task.
The CSE must have great customer relation skills.

Skill sets required:

Must have excellent computer skills PC and must be able to load software and perform tasking.
Basic networking skills.
Excellent electro mechanical skills.
Experience in printers and scanners.
Imaging experience very helpful. Industry experience very helpful. Basic color background helpful.
Basic network cabling knowledge.
Use of voltage meter to determine incoming power.
Must have strong knowledge of computer skills.
Must have excellent communications skills.

The FSEs will be required to travel as dictated by customers' requirements. The FSE's workday starts either once he has traveled 50 miles or has arrived on-site if the site is less than 50 miles traveled. The standard workday for a FSE is 8 hours from portal start to portal end. Any hours worked beyond 44 hours in a week, Monday through Friday, during portal start to portal end, is chargeable overtime.

MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT
38 cents a mile up to 600 miles is paid to the technician, after 600 miles the rate goes to the current IRS rate for each mile. Technicians will be responsible to fill out a WEEKLY Expense Worksheet so we can track
