Functional Description:

Establishes operational objectives and work plans
Develops systems and services that support ACS business needs
Responsible for achieving measurable results on time and on budget
Develop and subsequently implement new projects
Formulates and implements procedures on operational processes
Prepares related reports and audits current procedures to monitor efficiencyof operations
Ensures business practices are performed in accordance with ACS policy, procedure and applicable federal, state, and local laws regulations.
All other duties as assigned.

Education and Typical Years Experience:
4 year college degree, five years of project management experience
Special Requirements:
Resident of City of Chicago or surrounding suburbs a plus. Position will be in Chicago or a suburb of Chicago.
