Our client is looking for a top-notch web application developer that sits on the fence between design and engineering. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the development of a scalable, business-critical web application.

If you have leadership abilities and ambition, project management skills, and a deep understanding of security and scalability issues, this position is for you. This will be a management level opportunity later this year as the organization grows.
Experience: The approach will be to use an Agile method of software development, requires knowledge of AJAX, and you should have excellent experience with Ruby.

Will also need:

Experience with cross browser user interface design. Website optimization skills - all pages need to load in 0.5 seconds or less. Experience building at least 3 slick web apps that have lots of users. Experience in database design, SQL and object relational mapping.
