My client is a national consulting firm that is currently growing their Chicago office. The company specializes in M&A and corporate restructuring. Their M&A practice is growing dramatically since they started their practice in Chicago. They are in search of an experienced consultant to add to their team.

The role will entail substantial client interfacing with most of the work revolved around mergers and acquisitions. This person will be involved in heavy financial modeling, creating and presenting pitch books, and general financial analysis surrounding mergers and acquisitions.

Experience: The requirements for this positions are the following: undergraduate degree in finance or accounting and an MBA is highly desirable, prior M&A experience is also a must. This can be in investment banking, consulting, or private equity. Most of the deals are mid level clients, so exposure to mid level deals is essential. My client is looking for a minimum of 3-4 years of experience with FANTASTIC communication skills. They will also consider people at a higher level.
