Required Qualifications Candidatemust have at least 6 months of professional helpdesk experienceincluding familiarity utilizing ticketing systems (ex. Remedy, Heat,Magic, SDE, etc.) This group consists of 13 technicians and 3 teamleads. The team supports a number of proprietary healthcareapplications as well as typical MS/OS and Office issues. Experience:-6 plus months of professional helpdesk experience, ideally with anunderstanding of hands on as well as phone-Ticketing system experience.
