Title is SAP Anaylst, Production Support MM/SD/PP Production Support role for ERPinitiative for Order-to-Cash, Production Planning, and Supply Chain Material Master.The objective is to provide SAP post go-live production support to include issue resolution, root-cause analyis, training, and documentation as well as the ability to understand business requirements/issues in the context of a standard ERP solution. This position will be answering emails and phone calls from 500 virtual users for 1st and 2nd level support that has been delegate by the team lead. They will be running reports, working on transactions and issue resolution, and follow up on completed emails and calls. Required QualificationsSAP Experience - MM, SD, and/or PP, minumum 3 yrs experience Business experience in CPG company and/or Supply Chain.
