SHORT SCOOP: Degreed and experience with one or more agile development methodologies. 3+ years as a Technical Lead; Experienced with Team Management, providing a collaborative environment, results driven and someone who will provide Strategic Leadership. Should have exp. with Visual Studio .NET, C#, Web Services, XML, XSD, XSLT, and AJAX . RESPONSIBILITIES: The Technical Lead is responsible for: Design and facilitate in the development. Documents software systems. Analysis of software requirements, consults with IT Architects. Coordination of software development projects. Responsible for mentoring: direction and training. Assists Project Management in evaluating project responsibilities. Documentation of progress and responsible for status updates. Responsible for ensuring adherence to appropriate standards and quality levels. Manage assigned projects, team members, design, vendor integration and tracks deliverables. EXPERIENCE/SKILLS Microsoft environment. Agile Methodology experience. Would like the following technologies: Visual Studio .NET, C#, Web Services, XML, XSD, XSLT, and AJAX . Full life-cycle experience; including design, development, unit testing, debugging, etc. Experience with comprehensive software development estimates. Experienced with Relational Databases and database applications. Experience with SDLC methodologies. Experienced with design, design patterns, operational characteristics of systems, networking, etc. Hands on project management methodologies and techniques.
