POSITION SUMMARY
The qualified candidate will be responsible for the hands-on implementation of processes and procedures needed to ensure accurate and timely reporting of key business metrics on behalf of a routing broker-dealer and its affiliates. Additionally, this person will be responsible for industry, competitor, and company analysis on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement processes for:

. Tracking and reporting all internal and external market data usage
. Reconciling all payment for order flow expenses and payouts
. Tracking and maintaining current exchange fee data and reconcile with invoices
. Tracking and reporting other information relevant to the firm's business


Experience: QUALIFICATIONS
. Minimum three years experience with an emphasis in analysis and data modeling
. Advanced knowledge of Excel and Access; knowledge of Reuters DACS and MS SQL a plus
. Bachelor's degree in accounting desired; will consider candidates with a computer science degree (or related), or relevant experience
. Ability to work independently and proactively and provide solution-based thinking
. Strong planning, organizational and communication skills
. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a rapidly changing environment
. A team player capable of working in a cross-functional environment with associates from all levels of the organization
