TITLE: #10922 - SAS Analyst LOCATION: CHICAGO , IL SALARY: $ 60,000 - $ 65,000 SHORT SCOOP: 2+ years SAS Programming Ideally experienced with healthcare/eligibility data. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support of project, data analysis on designated projects. Work directly with clients and vendors. Assess needs based on data analysis. Key in assessing reporting needs. RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with IT staff and Account Managers to define data reporting needs and issues. Resolve issues regarding data reconciliation. Implement programming needs of the client. Use SAS for conversion of external data into company s standard format. Validate data and assess quality issues. Comply with standard operational procedures. Implement improvements. Perform system administration tasks, as required. EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: 4+ years experience in working healthcare/eligibility data or systems (medical claims or pharmacy preferred)2+ years experience in SAS programming (Informatica PowerCenter or similar ETL toolset a big plus).
