We have an immediate need for a SQL Server Database Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION
Local Candidates Only

SQL Server Database Administrator will serve as part of a team that designs, administers, and manages multiple SQL Server databases for various groups.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field.

Microsoft Certified Database Administrator.

Minimum of two years experience working with SQL Server in a large environment.

Extensive experience with backup and recovery procedures and ability to manage all disaster recovery scenarios required (this would include the use of tape library software).

Experience with one High Availability options such as Clustering, Mirroring, and Replication.

Expertise with writing SQL and Windows executable scripts.

Previous experience with MySQL preferred.

Understanding of a wide level of different technologies preferred
