Duties: First and second level support to traders Monitoring and responding to alerts Implementation of new tools and strategies Manage proprietary applications Test new releases Troubleshoot and resolve windows Install and configure hardware and software Incident management Develop and maintain documentation Requirements: Prior experience supporting proprietary and third party trading applications Experience with Perl, Shell Scripting Experience in Linux and/or windows desktop admin Experience supporting XTrader MS Excel Basic knowledge of IP network troubleshooting BS Degree This is a third shift position midnight to 8am Mon-Fri
