Responsible for the management of technical
project(s) or program teams from initiation
through implementation, includes: planning,
analysis, design development and implementation.
Provides overall direction for establishing
project requirements, priorities and deadlines.
Integrates project plans into Program Plans.
Establishes roles and responsibilities within the
core program team. Allocates and coordinates
resources (staff, equipment, vendors and
consultants) across one or more projects.
Manages budget for assigned project(s), develops
and monitors project/program plan(s), and adjusts
resources and priorities accordingly. Aligns
business unit, technical development and support
organizations. Establishes program communication
plan across the businesses, regions, support and
technology groups. Prepares and presents
progress reports for senior management.

This resource type demonstrates in-depth technical
knowledge specifically related to competitiveness
and success of assigned business unit as well as
making decisions requiring creative and
innovative approaches. This resource manages a
diverse and complex suite of projects
simultaneously. Typically advisory level
resources are considered to be reputed masters of
their craft.

Experience: Will need to perform triage analysis of our
Secure eMail platform (a vendor product) in order
to provide a stability solution until new
environment is available. Platform consists of
UNIX, Windows, SMTP, Notes, MQ, Oracle, and
Iplanet components.

Strong knowledge of system architecture,
ability to apply different technologies to solve
problems.

optimum performance along with troubleshooting
and problem resolutions.
Documents and maintains hardware, software and
