My downtown client seeks a Java Developer to join their team on a full- time basis. The company is a very dynamic, fast- growing organization with a start- up mentality. The ideal candidate will be aggressive and come in ready to make an immediate impact. Experience: Candidates should have 2+ years of real- world Java development experience. We need developers who have experience writing production- quality Java software and also have experience setting up an Application Server (Tomcat), and setting up and working with a relational database (MySQL). Some experience developing in a Linux/UNIX environment, as well as experience with open source frameworks (Struts, Spring, Hibernate) are desired.
