Responsible for the orderly movement of software
from development through user acceptance testing
into production. Responsible for application
packaging in the NT environment to enhance the
integrity of the software promotion process.

This resource type provides analytical,
technical, business and management expertise to
the group and completes assignments which require
this expertise. The resource may be required to
lead teams of up to 10 professionals or
operations personnel. This resource will respond
and resolve issues beyond standard management
requests as well as using independent judgment to
make decisions where no clear precedents exist.
This level should typically be used for a senior
or lead level resource.


Experience: CRM Core Services will build the procedures for
updating and accessing the data and incorporating
Visibility & Entitlements (V&E) requirements for
restricting data access.
