Job Description:

This individual will manage the development, deployment and support of one or more catastrophe risk management products for internal and external use. This position requires a blend of software development knowledge and domain expertise in catastrophe modeling and insurance risk management to understand and translate user needs into innovative ideas for enhancing existing products/tools and to develop concepts for new products. This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in cutting edge product development that will change how we process, model and deliver catastrophe management information to our clients.

Job duties (include):
*Create requirements and product release schedules for new products and enhancements to existing products.
*Interface with software development, analytics and actuarial groups during planning and execution phases to ensure project requirements are being met on schedule.
*Create and manage deployment procedures for optimal roll-out of new products to clients and internal users globally.
*Give product demonstrations, conduct training sessions and manage support requests from users.

Qualifications:
*Master's degree in engineering/science/finance/applied math (Bachelor's degree will be considered for exceptional candidates).
*At least 5 years of work experience in a closely related field.
*At least 2 years of experience with commercial catastrophe modes such as RiskLink, Clasic/2 and WCe
*Knowledge of insurance risk management process and reporting with emphasis on catastrophe exposures.
*Knowledge of MS-Access, SQL, and at least one programming language.
*Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel moderately.
