Resource 1 is in need of a C++ Developer with solid Linux and Shell Scripting experience for a 12-month contract-for-hire in Chicago , Illinois . Individual must have high-level skills in developing applications in C++ on a UNIX or Linux platform. Individual should also possess SQL, creating stored procedures and triggers. Individual will need to be able to learn the existing applications and make modifications to them, based on the requirements. Should be able to use MAKE/AUTOMAKE for building scripts and deployment strategies. ClearCase will be used throughout the project so it is highly desired.
