One of our major financial client is looking for a UI Designer/Project Manager. This client offers long-term projects and exposure to cutting-edge technology. Client is looking for a Project Manager with Large enterprise UI Design experience.
5+ years experience in web site and application design, preferably at a financial institution, or supporting a transaction-based site.
. Conduct and analyze client research, producing user persona's based on analysis of client interviews and metrics.
. Ability to produce site maps, user flows, wireframes, page layouts and User Interface Specification deliverables for hand-off to technology.
. Conduct usability testing to validate UI design with stakeholders and end-users, writing test scripts, facilitating usability sessions, analyzing test results and presenting findings.
. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the site usability and the overall quality of the site design, organization and structure
. Uphold user interface and site design guidelines to ensure consistency across the application.
. Provide guidance to ensure effective translation of user interface designs during technical implementation.
. Ability to provide guidance to Content Managers to define and develop content to support customers' online interactions
. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT): test participant, issue identification and resolution.

Experience: Key Words: Large Enterprise Project Managment, UI experience.
