Desktop Support Manager in Chicago, IL
Prominent Chicago Financial firm seeks a highly experienced Desktop Support Manager with strong technical skills and proven management skills within a Windows and Linux AD environment. Must come from a high transaction, high availability fast-paced environment supporting hundreds of desktop users. Must be an expert in Windows technology with 5+ years supporting Windows XP and Server 2003. 2+ years of technical leadership or management experience will be overseeing 6+ people. AD management experience required. Linux experience preferred. Must have top notch communication skills Mac OS X experience preferred. BS preferred; Windows certifications preferred.
