Summary Role Description:
Design, development, implementation, and operations management of the MS/SQL Server environment

Position Responsibilities:
- Database software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Database creation and maintenance
- Physical database design
- DDL creation and maintenance
- Stored procedures design, development, and maintenance
- Backup/recovery and archiving
- Database system monitoring and tuning
- Database system production support and problem resolution
- Development and documentation of database management policies, procedures, standards

Experience Required:
- 1-2 years MS/SQL Server large database design in conjunction with applications development and data management teams
- 3-5 years MS/SQL Server DBA production administration and support experience
- Strong SQL programming skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands on experience in a large data warehouse environment experience a plus
