Our client currently seeks an Oracle Application Developer for a DIRECT-HIRE opportunity.

As Application Developer - Facilities and HR Applications for Global Internal Systems to join the technology team. This position is responsible for the development and support of Facilities Management Applications.

The organization works closely and collaboratively with business customers to ensure applications meet business needs. This position is based in Chicago and requires little travel. The position reports to the Manager, Legal Compliance and Communications Systems.

Responsibilities:

. Provide analytical and programming skills
. Work closely with business customer to ensure success
. Perform both development and support activities
. Work closely with the project team to ensure high quality on time deliverables
. Communicate effectively with the project team

Ability to work under pressure and can easily adapt to change.

Attributes and Qualifications:

Must Have
. Strong Analytical Skills
. Database knowledge (Oracle 9i)
. Cognos

The ideal candidate will be a confident individual with strong technical skills. They must be able to operate effectively in an extremely fast-paced and frequently changing business and technical environment.

A minimum Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience is required.
