We are currently searching for a dynamic Creative Services Specialist. The Creative Services Specialist is responsible for the look and feel of the Performics brand, supervision of the advertising agency, creation and direction of premiums as well as providing input on media planning and buying.

Responsibilities:

Owning the brand
The Creative Services Specialist will be responsible for supporting both short and long term efforts of branding including:

  • Rollout of new look and feel
  • Creating templates
  • Advising on advertising
  • Assisting with presentations

    Managing advertising agency
    The Creative Services Specialist will be responsible for working the agency on projects including:
  • Trade and business advertisements
  • Maintaining and managing an advertising calendar
  • Holding weekly meetings with advertising agency
  • Creation of direct mail

    Premium ownership
    The Creative Services Specialist will also be responsible for premium ownership including:
  • Recommending premiums for prospects and customers
  • Identifying premiums for holiday gifting
  • Creating messaging to support premium activities via cards, tags, etc.
  • Working with Premium vendor to establish costs and production
  • Miscellaneous support provided to Marketing Department staff in the layout and design of presentations or sales sheets.
  • Ensure consistent look and feel as well as messaging throughout all communication.
  • Writing, editing, proofing and formatting of sales materials. Depending on the sales piece, support will be provided by other members of the Marketing Department.
  • Manage and handle all directory submissions to industry trades
  • Ensure company is a member of appropriate industry groups - coordinate paperwork and payment submission.

    Qualified Candidates will have:

  • Undergraduate degree in Communications, Graphic Arts or other related field.
  • 2-5 years experience serving in a marketing communications capacity.
  • Demonstrated proficiency at project management, basic graphic design, written communications (letters and sales collateral), attention to detail
  • High competency level in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Medium competency in Flash.
  • Able to work in a team setting.
  • Experience with Internet companies is not required but candidates should be knowledgeable about the Internet.
