Helpdesk Level 1 in Chicago, IL
Robert Half Technology has a client, located in the downtown loop area, who is seeking a Helpdesk Level 1 Technician to join their team on a short term contract basis. The Helpdesk Level 1 Technician will be filling in for the IT director while he/she is on vacation. Responsibilities will include: break / fix duties, troubleshooting fax machine, printer / copier jams. Some Active Directory and Network duties will be a part of the job as well.

Experience: This Helpdesk Level 1 position requires good working knowledge of Microsoft suit (Excel, Word etc.) Law firm experience is a plus!
