Interwoven Web Content Architect in Chicago, IL
Summary
The role is key to the National IT Service Provider in delivering web content
management solutions for the Federal Reserve Banks, utilizing Interwoven's
TeamSite content management system (CMS). This role will interact with clients to conduct business process analyses, needs assessments and to design and recommend web content management solutions. The level of work required is considered advanced. The individual must be able to work under minimal supervision. This is an individual contributor role that does not have direct reports. May provide work direction to others, as needed.
Job Duties
Define system scope and objectives based on user needs and understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
. Working with multiple business clients, leads business process analysis and needs assessments, aligning CMS solutions with business goals and initiatives.
. Consult on, design and deliver intergrated business/technical solutions across multiple business units and hardware/software platforms.
. Assess the scalability of the content managment infrastructure and develop new processes, workflows and standards to resolve complex technical issues.
. Recommend innovative solutions to business problems/processes that leverage technology to provide market differentiation, efficiency improvements and better user experience.
. Participate in overall project management, time esitmates and resource scheduling.
. Ensure proper documentation for requirements analysis, design specifications, custom training materials, or project work plans.
. Participate in and/or lead lead training efforts for end users and administrators.
. Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience: Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree; Computer Science or technical degree required, Advanced degree, desired
. 7-10 plus years direct work-related experience
. 5-7 years experience with Interwoven TeamSite and other related database and web
technologies. May include: Unix/Linux/Windows 2000/2003 adminsitration, SQL, Oracle, J2EE,(jsp ans sevlets), server configuration and architecture, Java, XML, CGI, HTML, XML,and HTML (ColdFusion, WebSphere), networking and security protocols, portal technology (WebSphere Portal Server)
Demonstrated experience in architecting complex technical solutions for multiple clients
. Demonstrated project management skills; ability to balance multiple demands
. Excellent written and verbal communications; technical documentation skills; and strong presentation skills
. Self-motivated and excellent teamwork skills
