Responsibilities:

- Assist Subject Matter Experts with determining success criteria for each requirement that will be transformed into a USE case.

- Conduct Data gathering meetings.

- Document meeting minutes and drive closure of Action items.

- Drive the change control process.

- Follow up on the status of change requests/priorities to keep documentation up to date.

- Act as point of contact for the SMEs for all requirements related issues.

- Set up periodic meetings to review clarifications with Development for Change Request closure and approval.

- The Sr. business Analyst has final say on whether a Consultants Programming results are meeting the clients requirements based upon the clients business needs.

- Initiate Systems Development projects.

- Review Data models, functional specifications and designs to ensure client requirements are being met.

- Liaise between the IT department and the user community.

- Create business process flows.

- Use of PUSQl in order to do Data analysis and problem solving.

- Strong leadership ability in order to drive to closure.



Requirements:

- Degree preferred, coupled with 3-5 years of experience (minimum)

- Problem Solving: Solves difficult problems with effective solutions; asks good questions and probes all sources for answers; can see underlying or hidden problems and patterns: is excellent at honest analysis; looks beyond the obvious and doesn't stop at the first answers.

- Self-confidence: A belief in ones capability to accomplish a task and select an effective approach to a task or problem. This includes confidence in ones ability as expressed in increasingly challenging circumstances and confidence in ones decision or opinions.

- Prior experience with Data Warehouse type project is a huge plus
