This Downtown Chicago-based web-hosting company is looking for a Director of Research and Development for North American Operations. This is a crucial position and would report directly to the Head of R&D and the CEO. This person must have extensive managerial experience leading a R&D team, software application and development. This position requires the ability to drive technology change, while managing company resources for the most effective output to the business.
Experience: Director of Research and Development position requires a Masters or MBA in software engineering or equivalent field. R&D experience in Software Applications, including Managerial experience leading a R&D team is required. Software Development experience and the ability to drive the technology roadmap and coordinate resources are also required.
