Technical depth in OOD methodology, Java, XML, MVC, Web Services
Deep knowledge of J2EE (JSP, Servlet, EJB, JDBC), Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, Experience creating multi-tier application architectures using the J2EE MVC approach. Experience with any of the major web application, frameworks including Struts, Spring WebFlow and/or JSF. Experience configuring and deploying J2EE applications to one or more of the major vendor’s application server such as BEA WebLogic, IBM Websphere, Oracle 10g AS and/or JBoss AS. Experience with the Spring Framework, Experience with any of the major ORMs including iBatis, Hibernate or Toplink, Experience with database development, SQL, Schema design and optimization
Experience working in team environment including structured source code management using CVS or Subversion with ANT and/or
Maven experience. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), interpersonal skills, Knowledge of distributed enterprise architectures such as SOA and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
BS or MS Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
