J2EE Lead Developer

Highly experienced J2EE analysts that can mentor and provide guidance to a Systems Analyst development team. Approximate development team size is 5-20 analysts.

Required Skills:

Experience with Presentation and User Task Logic Technologies (JSPs, Servlets, Struts, JSF,JMS, JNDI), WSAD, HTML, XML, JUnit and Rational XDE Developer Tools, Websphere Application Server 5.0
1. Minimum of the 3 years experience with J2EE/OO concepts.
2. Object-oriented analysis and design skills (Level 4)
3. Proven ability to lead a newly-trained J2EE (Websphere) development team.
4. Proven ability to provide technical consultation and technical direction to others
5. Proven capability in providing impromptu teaching and mentoring opportunities.
6. Experience in model-driven development (building, analyzing, designing, and deploying models).
7. Experience deploying J2EE applications in Unix or Z/OS platforms.

Desired Skills: Hibernate

This is an 18 month + contract position
