Our fast growing, high-quality direct mail / internet service bureau is expanding. We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized Technical Account Manager / Support person. Responsibilities include extensive client contact with the ability to juggle many projects through various stages of production (i.e., programming, data processing, laser personalization, assembly & mailing, etc.). In addition to working well with clients, excellent troubleshooting and writing skills are required for this position.

In addition to the above account management responsibilities, this position also requires the ability to create and maintain document set-ups and presentation layer HTML to our internet services. You will be working on intranet and internet pages along with working with our programmers and clients on critical applications. The company is dedicated to and aggressively employs Linux and related open source technologies.
Experience: The skills required include: HTML / XHTML: Intermediate to expert (including CSS - stylesheets) XML: Understands concepts UNIX / Linux: Desirable but not required Database: Understands SQL concepts and / or any popular package (Access, SQL, FoxPro, Oracle, Sybase, etc.) Backend Web Scripting Tools: Understands concepts Web Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of internet techniques, email, FTP, etc. Web Page Composition: Intermediate or better Graphics Composition: Intermediate or better (MS Publisher, Quark, Pagemaker or similar)
