We are seeking individuals to assist our rapidly expanding Risk and Performance Services Group with specialization in IT Internal Auditing, IT External Auditing, and Information Security. We would prefer individuals with 5-10 years experience and able to perform the following responsibilities:

The individual would be responsible for planning, staffing, and executing Business Continuity Planning projects, as well as gap analysis projects. This individual will manage projects to ensure high-quality delivery within the project confines of budget. This person will also perform technical work, as well as oversee the technical work of more junior level personnel. This person will work directly with clients to communicate business and technical aspects of the work being performed. This person will set performance expectations for junior level personnel and provide constructive performance feedback on a regular basis.

Seeking individuals that can work independently and take action to complete projects. There will be an opportunity for development of responsibilities to supervise and lead teams and individual team members through assessments. This individual also needs to be a highly motivated team player with a dedication to client service that can assist in growing our practice.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 4 years of related business continuity management disaster recovery assessment and planning experience within consulting or professional services
Demonstrated experience with
â?¢ Business process assessment
â?¢ Business impact analysis
â?¢ Business continuity strategy development
â?¢ Developing and implementing business continuity plans,
â?¢ Process recovery strategies and
â?¢ Crisis communication planning



EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS DESIRED
Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or
Master Business Continuity Professional (MBCP) certification
BS in Computer Science, Information Systems Administration or related field
Willingness to travel
