Software Applications Trainer

Prestigious law firm in the Loop is looking for a Software Applications Trainer. The responsibilities of this position include conducting training for all new hires on existing software ( Microsoft Office 2000, GroupWise, Citrix & Visio etc.) In addition, this position is responsible for creating training documentation, and training communications. Also, this person is responsible for new application training, refresher classes and firm specialized classes.

Prior law firm and secretarial experience strongly preferred. The Software Applications Trainer should be proficient in Windows NT/2000 operating systems and Microsoft Office 2000. Experience in other law firm specific applications are helpful. Excellent organization and communications skills are a must.
