Experience: This consulting role requires flexible candidates, as the environment is constantly changing and responsibilities will vary. Strong customer service skills with the ability to respond quickly to client needs are a must. An excellent understanding of financial concepts, including financial statement analysis, finance and accounting coursework background is needed. Candidates must possess knowledge of finance and statistics, excellent communication skills, and in-depth problem solving and analytical skills. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a 3.4-4.0 GPA is required. 1 plus years of experience is preferred but strong internship experience will also be considered. Experience with operating budgets, financial forecasting, sales, and/or healthcare are all a plus.
