Our client is looking for highly mobile, talented and driven Software Engineers with minimum of three years of experience, whose commercial experience and communication skills allow them to bridge the fabled IT-business divide. The ideal candidate will be working with Our client's cutting-edge Business Process Management platform, and their pioneering customer interaction solution.

Ideal candidates will have a First or 2:1 degree in Computing Science, Software Engineering or a related subject. He/she must also have experience of developing software solutions to solve complex, business-critical challenges, as well as the tenacity and professionalism to deliver world-class solutions for the global blue-chip clients.

Our client will be interested in candidates who have lead and managed teams of software engineers through all phases of the software development lifecycle and ideally in a client-facing environment. Preference will be given to individuals with a background in Java/object-oriented design and full project delivery experience within a commercial software environment, from requirements gathering and analysis through to build, test and go-live.
