A minimum of 5 years current PM experience in the technology sector is required. Knowledge of securities and investments is a plus but not required.



Project management expertise must be demonstrated in managing all phases of applications development from concept through implementation. Overall responsibility for structuring a project, performing the detailed planning, and managing project execution and completion of moderate or large projects. Specific tasks include tracking deliverables/milestones, identifying schedules, roles and resources, evaluates risks/recommends contingency plans, tracking/resolving issues, status reviews and reporting, & managing change control.

Resumes must demonstrate the required skill set for a candidate to be selected for an initial 30min phone interview. During the phone interview:



* The candidate must be able to talk about successful projects and what made them successful.



* Articulate any project that they put on their resume (what their role was, something about the problem space, challenges, how they overcame obstacles, etc. They should be able to provide a concise summary.



From the phone interview, a determination will be made as to whether an in-person interview should be scheduled.



Minimum of 5 years experience with expertise in managing all phases of systems development from concept through implementation and maintenance. Overall responsibility for structuring a project, performing the detailed planning, and managing project execution and completion of moderate or large projects. Defines the phase deliverables, tracks milestones and incurred expenses versus planned expenses, schedules roles and resources, evaluates risks and recommends contingency plans. Manages the development of the technical strategy. Assigns resources and tasks, and manages quality assurance, resolution of issues, status reviews and reporting, development of standards, change control, customer support, and compliance with all policies and procedures. Able to facilitate workshops such as JAD, RAD and DRP sessions.
