Genesis10 is seeking a Security Monitoring Analyst in Chicago for a 6 month contract position.

Role Description: Candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team of experts to assess, analyze, and respond to security intrusions and incidents affecting the Bank. Utilizes knowledge of regulatory requirements and security threats to provide critical security analysis and expertise within the Bank. Acts as a consultant on resolving security issues within the bank, including assisting in developing security policies and procedures. Exercises independent judgment assimilating large quantities of data and distilling them down to their essence for management. Able to handle assignments with short deadlines. Must be willing to respond after-hours.



Requirement: Network routing and Cisco NetFlow knowledge.



Responsibilities

. Assess, analyze, and respond to security intrusions and incidents affecting the Bank.

. Develop Security policies and procedures

. Analyze network and routing traffic using Cicso NetFlow


Experience: Essential and Required Skills:

. This requires specific routing and Cisco NetFlow knowledge

. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and security threats



Highly Desired Skills

. Prior experience in banking industry
