These individuals will spend time responding to user inquiries regarding data changes, updating the InterAction database with relevant data information and researching client and prospect information to ensure the InterAction database contains current and accurate information. Experience: Ideal candidates will preferably have law firm experience. A general understanding of typical Windows desktop applications. Most work will be completed using the InterAction Windows Client, the Data Stewards must be comfortable and confident working in this environment. The Data Stewards should also be detailed oriented with good research and communication skills. Maintaining CRM data will include, monitoring the system for duplicate contacts, merging duplicate contacts, standardizing contact names and addresses and ensuring that necessary data fields are populated. Exceptional team and client service and support. Familiarity with time and billing systems is a plus.
