Storage Resource Administrators maintain Acxiom's large-scale technical storage resources. They ensure satisfactory data storage resources, capacity, and management.

A qualified candidate will have the following qualifications and expertise:

Required:
? Over 10 years of mainframe storage management experience
? A thorough understanding of today's storage technology
? Experience with Copy Services software
? Disaster Recovery Implementation experience using mirroring
? Product testing and implementation skills
? Good verbal and writing communications skills
? Project planning and management skills/experience
? A thorough knowledge of the following tools:
o SMS ACS routines
o DFHSM
o TSO/ISPF/ISMF
o Job Control Language (JCL)
o MVS Utilities (e.g., IDCAMS, IEBCOPY, IEBGENER)
o ABARS Backup and Recovery
? A good knowledge of the following Storage Management Software / Tools:
o DFDSS
o FDR
o ICF Catalog management tools
o Space and Allocation Management tools
o CA-1
o Catalog software catalog plus
o Mainstar Backup and Recovery Manager
o Virtual tape management software
o Reporting tools such as SAS
