Our client is a rapidly growing CPG packaging agency seeking a designer early in their career of package design, but with a solid couple of years working on big consumer brands and exhibiting strong raw talent. This position will work within the branding team consisting of a Sr. Designer and Design Director that are handling multiple projects concurrently. The role demands that the Designer with direction of the senior team members be capable of taking a client brief from concept through to completion. The Designer must consistently demonstrate excellent work, as approved and directed by the supervising Design Director. Portfolios must show a multitude of packaging samples with aptitude in strategic design, problem solving, comfort with concept development, and a strong understanding in answering the client briefs. Experience: Designer must have solid packaging experience of 2+ years, a portfolio to back it up and be ready to work in a growing agency with demanding deadlines. This is a great opportunity to grow your portfolio in CPG. Working alone or within a team you must demonstrate consistent attention to detail. This position demands a natural confidence in designing and delivering exceptional conceptual ideas. All designers must have the ability to multi-task and self manage.
