The ideal candidate must have strong technical, web skills, possess attention to details, and fully understand SDLC and the benefits of following methodology. The candidate should have proven experience with web design and development. The individual should be self-motivated and also willing to work independently or on a team.

Minimum of 3 years experience in application design, development of specifications and/or prototypes, and the development, maintenance, and testing of programs. Primary responsibilities of these resources is to develop program specifications/detail design documents, code, test, and debug application programs. Responsibilities also include developing prototypes from functional specifications, and participating in application/systems design including the use of analytical techniques. Works under the direction of a team leader, senior technical person or analyst.
