Websphere Designer - Team Lead This role works with the project manager, architects, and client team members to draft and refine the Macro level and Micro level design documents for a given CRM project. They will then support the developer through build, test, & deploy, and/or perform some senior level development themselves. Experience with WSAD & WebSphere products is desired

Experience: Developer with 3-5 years experience in services oriented (SOA) or Web Services development using Java, J2EE, EJB, & XML skills
Must have experience developing code, documentation, & unit test plans; execution of best practice SDLC testing methodology
code change control and deployment
