*Minimum 3 year experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing desktop equipment. *Responsible for installation, repair, maintenance, and setup of desktop equipment.
*Desktop equipment includes: cabling systems, personal computers, voice, locally attached and networked HP Laser Printers.

Experience: *Candidate must be an expert in Windows XP.
*Candidate should have worked with Remedy (or another incident tracking system), Lotus Notes and Landesk.
*Candidate should also be comfortable working in a formal business environment.
